Fruit Display/Farmers’ MarketA bountiful display of fresh in-season fruits & vegetables on a six foot banquet table for your team to enjoy during the event.  Remember the healthy food guidelines promote eating 3-5 servings of vegetables and 2-4 fruit servings daily.

Food SamplingA generous sampling of local healthy food can be provided at your event for your team to enjoy.   Full lunch serving can be arranged – contact us for pricing proposal.

Water StationA Hydration Station consists of a large cooler with ice and bottles of water for your employees to enjoy during the event.  Since it’s important to keep everyone hydrated, especially during an outdoor event where the temperatures are up to Mother Nature.

ScreeningsThe following health screenings may be arranged, and provide an interactive health element to your event.  Provide employees with information regarding their health as well as tools to assist with employee wellness programs.  These health screenings may require a fee and a minimum number of screenings in order to arrange.

  • Dermascan – magnifies the image of your face using a black light. This black light will highlight the harmful effects of overexposure from the sun’s UV rays – Sun Damage!
  • Lung Function Test – study of air volume and flow rate within the lungs.  The lung function test is frequently used to evaluate lung function in people with obstructive or restrictive lung diseases such as asthma or cystic fibrosis.
  • Bone Density – designed to check for osteoporosis, a disease that occurs when the bones become thin and weak.
  • Cholesterol – Cholesterol is a type of fat found in your body. Your total cholesterol is made up of LDL (low-density lipoprotein) and HDL (high-density lipoprotein) cholesterol.  Method – finger-stick
  • Glucose – Blood glucose test determines how much sugar, or glucose, is in your blood. Checking your glucose levels is especially important for people who have diabetes. Method – finger-stick
  • Flu Shots – A flu shot is an injection given to prevent you catching flu. Method – injection
  • Blood Pressure (Hypertension) Check – This test is used to screen for abnormal blood pressure or to monitor your blood pressure if you already have a blood pressure problem. High blood pressure (hypertension) puts stress on the heart, lungs, brain, kidneys, and blood vessels.
  • Body Fat Analysis/Body Composition – Screening that analyzes the percentage of body fat and lean mass.
  • Flexibility Testing – The sit and reach test is a common measure of flexibility, and specifically measures the flexibility of the lower back and hamstring muscles.
  • Grip Strength – Will measure the maximum isometric strength of the hand and forearm muscles.
  • Spinal Screening – An evaluation of your musculoskeletal alignment, accompanied by recommendations for improving your posture and/or realignment of your body to reduce risks of injury.

Team ActivitiesTo build team spirit, enhancing enthusiasm, and trust in one another – Test your rock climbing skills, mechanical bull riding, sumo wrestling, mechanical snow and surf simulator – through these on-site activities, you can enjoy a good time together, so why not add a Team Activity to your expo.
